- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your unused items may be exchanged within 7 days from receipt.
- Please email us the reason of the exchange to service@plivdesign.com
- Customer must return item to us in their original product packaging. Item includes accessories, tags, stickers, boxes, and tax invoice. If there is one missing, we reserve the right not to exchange item.
- In case of exchanging item at the same price, there is no extra charge.
- If the price of the original item is lower than the price of the new item, you must pay for the difference.
- We reserve the right not to refund, in case the price of the original item is higher than the price of new item.
- We do not exchange item with natural damages, such as mark on fabric or leather.
- The customer is responsible for all return delivery charge.
- We make every effort to make sure your order is exactly correct. In the event a wrong item is shipped, we will exchange it for you without any charges. Please contact us at service@plivdesign.com within 7 days from receipt. Also, the unused item must be sent back to us for an exchange of the correct item.
- Please allow 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
